Specific Objectives

·     Prepare manuals for the different areas of the organizations in order to specify roles of directors, as well as duties and responsibilities of the organization.

·      Prepare standards and policies for the organizations

·      Design organizations´ flowcharts

·     Perform analysis of the project areas from the economic, social and cultural stand point in order to precisely know the environment and market realities of organizations.

·      Precisely define location of projects to determine their size and investments required.

·      Establish the requirements in respect of building materials and labor necessary to quantify the cost of investment and the structure of the funding budget required.

·       Estimate and project all revenues, costs and expenses of the project, so to prepare cash flows that permit economic and financial evaluation of projects.

·     Evaluate and determine the expected impact from the economic, social and cultural viewpoint, generated by the implementation of projects.
