History of Tiwanaku

Located 3825 meters above sea level, in areas where it does not grow more than the "ichu" or Matoj own the highlands, Tiwanaku cultural splendor reveals a past more ancient than the Inca empire, in a few places that carry icy temperatures when the winds blowing from the snowy peaks surrounding Titicaca.

Origin, myths and legends
