The project provides for the conservation of biodiversity in productive landscapes in the Forest area, operating and Reforestation thus requiring the preparation of an environmental analysis that takes into account the following safeguards:

The project of the Indigenous Community  Yucare Trinitaria and reached an agreement for the operation of 40 years renewable. Which was signed on December 21 of this among the investing company SAMENSA S. Inc. A. With its Chairman Koo Bae Park, the group's social place "The ASL Pallar" and the company- Pacha-Tata World Brokerage Services to its president, Juan-Proaño Polastri Miranda.
Eight Indian Ichilo Project

This project envisages the creation of new cooperatives to strengthen the existing gaps in the middle, using the transport as a tool for growth with the needs of the population in general.

Agriculture Forestry Agro ecology Project
 
Forestry Project Integral Villa Huacareta agricultural cooperative located in the Department of Santa Cruz province Ichilo Section Three, Yapacani central IBAB Municipality, covering an area of 16,860 hectares.

Project Development and Production Forestry and Reforestation
 
The exploitation of wood products, in order to extract the products for processing and subsequent export to countries like Korea and Mexico. The project establishes the need for cultivation of forests in different zones of the country. To this end attract investments from private companies to sustainable timber production in the country.

Strategic Plan for Universal Unification Bolivian Indigenous
 
By the objective of development strategies appropriate to the Indigenous Peoples of Bolivia has been a formal Interagency Agreement between Peoples of the department of Cochabamba and the department of Beni, with our company, establishing the appropriate channels in the sustainable management of natural resources in these regions.

Established the needs of indigenous communities in the region, is determined to structure the strategic plan under the agreement, and endorsed by the highest authorities of the communities.

This agreement authorizes the company-Tata Pacha World Brokerage Services to conduct negotiations, and representation before government agencies or foreign, the agreement has a validity of 40 years renewable for the administration, management and representation.
